Snoddy Properties, Inc. (SPI) is a licensed full-service real estate firm specializing in the development, management and leasing of commercial real estate, with an emphasis on medical office buildings. Jim Snoddy, founder, has worked in the real estate industry since 1981, originally building homes and office warehouses in Edmond, Oklahoma and has specialized in medical office buildings since 1987. SPI currently offers a wide range of commercial real estate services that include site selection, assistance with financing, construction management, asset management, leasing, brokerage services and real estate investment opportunities.
Jim Snoddy formed SPI in March, 1993, in order to provide high quality, personalized, corporate and institutional real estate services. SPI's purpose is to provide a high level of professional service in commercial real estate, including shopping centers, warehouses, land and office buildings, while specializing in the highly technical area of medically related real estate. SPI has been chosen to provide full service management, leasing, development, construction management and/or consulting services for several institutional clients in Oklahoma City, including Variety Care Health, Oklahoma Heart Hospital, Chesapeake Energy Corp., St. Anthony Hospital, Integris - Southwest Medical Center, Integris - Baptist Medical Center, UROCOR, Deaconess Hospital, Norman Regional Hospital and Guardian Life Insurance, to name a few. SPI has been honored to provide these same services to many physicians and private investors throughout Oklahoma as well.
